CLARKSBURG — The Clarksburg Board of Zoning Appeals considers petitions for major and minor home occupations and variances to zoning regulations for construction, such as room additions, decks and carports.
The board also considers special exceptions, variances and anything that varies from the building code. Board members have the authority to approve or deny such petitions.
The Board of Zoning Appeals meets on an as-needed, on-call basis. Meeting dates are held at 4 p.m. Tuesdays.
