West Virginia Wesleyan’s Imani Jackson gets ready to launch a bounce pass during Wednesday’s loss to FSU.

FAIRMONT, W.Va. (WV News) — The West Virginia Wesleyan women’s basketball team fell on the road at Fairmont State on Wednesday night 59-46. The Bobcats held the Falcons to just 3-17 shooting from 3-point range but turned the ball over 20 times, allowing Fairmont to turn that into 20 points.

Jalen Gibbs had a double-double to lead the Falcons, scoring 17 points and pulling down 10 rebounds. Jertaya Hall finished with 12 points and Alyssa DeAngelo had 10 points to aid the Fairmont offense. Gibbs also had three blocks in the win.
