CLARKSBURG, W.Va. (WV News) — Elijiah James Bumgardner, 3-month-old son of John Andrew Bumgardner and Amanda Lynn Kreiling of Stonewood, went to be with the Lord on November 9, 2023. He was born July 20, 2023, at United Hospital Center.
In addition to his parents, Elijiah is survived by siblings, Aiden Ray Andrew Bumgardner and Payslee Dawn Ritchie; paternal grandmother, Tina Marie Claypool Lowe and Douglas John Lowe, paternal grandfather, Carl Andrew Bumgardner and Jennifer Smith, all of Stonewood; maternal grandmother, Erin Marie Cookson Kreiling, IL; maternal grandfather, David Leo Kreiling, Mount Clare; paternal great-grandfather, Dorsey Ray Claypool, Stonewood; paternal great-grandmother, Anna Mae Eppelein, Stonewood; several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Elijiah was preceded in death by his paternal great-grandmother, Joan E Bumgardner; paternal great-grandfather, John Eppelein.
Family will receive friends at Davis Funeral Home, 124 Olen Thomas Drive, Clarksburg, on Thursday, November 16, 2023, from 3 p.m. until the time of the funeral service at 7 p.m. with Pastor Baron Claypool officiating. Online condolences may be sent at Davisfuneralhomewv.com.
