Born April 22, 1942, in Westernport, Maryland, she was the daughter of the late Harry V Reeves Jr. and Hazel Hott Reeves Ketterman. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Ronald Edward Wiltison, who was the love of her life, her child-hood sweetheart, and her best friend.

Ginny is survived by her four sons, Ronald Jr. and wife Sally, Sebastian, Florida, Todd and wife Mitzi, Swanton, Michael and wife Darlene, New Creek, West Virginia, and Christopher and wife Billie, Oakland, Maryland. Virginia was very proud of her sons who blessed her with nine grandchildren, Trae, Adam, Hannah, Brittney, Chelsea, Katie, Alani, Suzie, and Riley; and five great grandchildren, Payton, Maevery, Kira, Blakely, and Renzo. She is also survived by her sister, Regina Hansel and husband Don, Corriganville, Maryland.

A private service is being planned for a later date.
The family would like to thank the entire staff at Cortland Acres for their incredible compassion and care given to Virginia.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations be directed to Cindy’s Fund of Garrett County (www.cindysfund.org).
